Axa Private Equity said in talks to acquire Go Voyages
Axa Private Equity, a unit of French insurer Axa SA (EPA:CS), is reportedly in negotiations to take over online tour operator Go Voyages from its current owners Groupe Arnault and Belgian businessman Albert Frere, Le Figaro wrote yesterday, without naming sources.
Go Voyages is said to be worth between EUR300m (USD409m) and EUR350m, the paper added.
The involved sides have not commented yet. No further details were disclosed.
