Allianz Life Promotes Jasmine Jirele to Senior Vice President, Enterprise Operations

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America (Allianz Life) named Jasmine Jirele as the new senior vice president, Enterprise Operations. In this role, Jirele will be responsible for leading operational and service processes, including new business, in-force, operations controls, contact center, and related supporting functions. Jirele will also lead the company’s Policy Administration Solution (PAS) project, the company’s top Operational Excellence initiative.

During her five years with Allianz Life, Jirele has served in various roles. Most recently, Jirele was vice president of Market Management and Product Innovation, where she led key marketing functions including market strategy, product strategy, portfolio management, market research, and customer insights. She also led new product development and implementation for all annuities and life insurance, working collaboratively with several departments including Actuarial, Distribution, Legal, Risk, Operations, IT and Marketing. Prior to joining Allianz Life, Jirele held various leadership roles with 3M.

Jirele received her Bachelor of Arts degree in business and journalism from the University of St. Thomas and also holds an MBA in Finance from Hamline University. Jirele is a Fellow with the Life Management Institute (FLMI), a member of the LIMRA Annuity Committee and holds FINRA Series 6 and 26 registrations. She is also a member of the Board of Executive Directors for PRISM, a non-profit organization located in Golden Valley, Minn.
