Alan Gildemeister Appointed Chairman Of Fire Insurance Exchange Board Of Governors; Part Of The Farmers Insurance Group Of Companies

By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Insurance Business Weekly -- Farmers Insurance announced the appointment of Alan Gildemeister as Chairman of the Fire Insurance Exchange Board of Governors effective March 16, 2015. The Fire Insurance Exchange is part of the Farmers Insurance Group of Companies. Gildemeister succeeds Dale Marlin, who served two separate terms as Chair, and will continue to serve on the Boards of Governors for the Fire Insurance Exchange and Farmers Insurance Exchange.

Gildemeister joined the Fire Insurance Exchange Board in 2009 and has served as Vice Chair for the past three years. Gildemeister also remains on the Board of the Truck Insurance Exchange, which he joined in 2003.
