Agent Media Boosting Card Pack Response for Advertisers
New enhancements give advertisers increased exposure and readers a more expedient way to get information from advertisers
Clearwater, FL (July 5, 2005) - As an added value for its loyal customers, Agent Media will be posting online each card from the National Top Producers edition of the Agent's Market Pack, the industry's only cooperative direct mail card pack. The 100,000 highly qualified producers who will be reading the print version of the national edition of the Agent's Market Pack at the end of this month will now have the option to go online to read the electronic counterpart to each ad and request additional information directly from the advertiser.
In addition, Agent Media will be promoting the print product through a series of email blasts to its national email database of more than 300,000 independent agents. In addition to the 100,000 pre-qualified "top producers" who receive the print card pack, thousands of agents who would normally never see the print version will be invited to visit the Web site to check out the newest and best opportunities the industry has to offer.
"This is a trial enhancement to help boost response rates for card pack advertisers," says Gloria Slaughter, Director of Sales and Marketing at Agent Media. "Companies have a lot of options available to them when they're determining how to allocate their marketing dollars. Sometimes people forget how well card pack advertising still works."
Although there have been competitors in the past, Agent Media is now the only card pack vendor in the life and health insurance industry. "We've been publishing the Agent's Market Pack for more than 15 years," says Slaughter, who attributes the product's longevity to its effectiveness for insurers and independent marketing organizations looking to expand their sales force. "We have customers who insist on being in each of the 25 different editions because they have watched their business grow due to their card pack advertising."
Cooperative direct mail card packs are a cost-effective way to recruit agents and one of the best ways for companies to get exposure for mere pennies per contact. "Companies cannot afford not to advertise in this market. If you don't keep your name out there on a regular basis, you might as well be invisible. And if you're invisible, you're on your way out," says Slaughter.
The national edition of the Agent's Market Pack mails to 100,000 licensed agents on July 28. Ad space is still available.
