NAHU Sees Only One ACA Repeal Scenario

Even if Donald Trump is elected president, the National Association of Health Underwriters sees only one scenario where the Affordable Care Act could be overturned.

Not only would Trump have to win, but the Senate and House of Representatives would also have to remain Republican. Almost all guesses have the House staying Republican. The Senate split is near 50/50, give or take a seat or two.

The longest shot is a Trump win. Could happen. The Morning Consult/Politico exit polling shows people want a "strong leader," which voters have associated with Trump.
