Royal Neighbors of America® Earns National Recognition as One of Forbes’ Best Insurance Companies of 2025

Rock Island, Ill. (February 6, 2025) - Royal Neighbors of America, a nonprofit insurance organization, has been included in Forbes’ America’s Best Insurance Companies 2025 ranking. This award is presented in collaboration with Statista, the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider. The list can be viewed on Forbes.com.

The America’s Best Insurance Companies 2025 ranking was determined based on an independent survey of over 18,000 U.S. citizens across the nation. Participants evaluated the insurance companies they have held within the last three years on six different subdimensions: Advice, Customer Service, Price/Performance, Transparency, Digital Services, and Damage/Benefit Service.

In addition, participants had to rate their insurance companies towards satisfaction, loyalty, and overall recommendation. The recommendations and ratings were transformed into score values and aggregated towards a final score across five insurance types: Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Permanent Life, and Term Life.

Based on the results of the study, Royal Neighbors of America is honored to be recognized on Forbes’ America’s Best Insurance Companies 2025 list.

Statista is renowned for its rigorous research and analysis, producing numerous industry rankings and company listings in collaboration with prominent media partners. The insights behind this award reflect Royal Neighbors of America’s dedication to delivering Insurance with a Difference℠ to its members and their communities across the country.

“Our unwavering focus on Insuring Lives, Supporting Women, and Serving Communities℠ —guided by our core values—fuels our dedication to delivering Insurance with a Difference,” said Royal Neighbors CEO and President Zarifa Reynolds. “Being recognized for our dedication to delivering this to our members and their communities across the country is an honor that reflects the heart of our mission.”
