North Carolina Department of Utilities Commission Issues Order Suspending Certificate of Exemption for Failure to
In the Matter of
BY THE COMMISSION: The Commission has been advised by the
G.S. 62-268 and Commission Rule R2-36 require certain security for the protection of the public and require that such insurance coverage be continuous and failure to maintain on file with the
