USAA Named “Claims Champion of the Year” and “Policyholder Experience Knockout” Award Recipient at Excellence in Insurance Innovation, Sponsored by Insurity

Insurity recognized USAA for the successful implementation of its SafePilot program and streamlining the digital claims process for its members

The Excellence in Insurance Innovation awards ceremony took place in Las Vegas and recognized the outstanding performances of P&C organizations in categories including exceptional policyholder service, digital transformation, and excellence in data and analytics.

USAA won the awards for “Claims Champion” and “Policyholder Experience Knockout” for the successful launch of its SafePilot program, a telematics-based auto program that rewards safe driving behavior with a discount on the cost of insurance.
