NORTHUMBERLAND, PA - February 28, 2013 – Barger Insurance Agency Inc. of Columbia has become Keystone Insurers Group’s newest franchise partner in Kentucky. The new arrangement was announced jointly today by Barger Insurance Agency President Susan Loy and Keystone Kentucky Vice President Nancy Tehan.
