Alliant adds talent to strengthen Mergers & Acquisitions Vertical

IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Yem Mai has joined Alliant Insurance Services as Chief Broking Officer, Alliant Representations & Warranties as part of the Alliant Mergers & Acquisitions vertical. Based in San Francisco, Mai brings additional expertise to Alliant Mergers & Acquisitions that will provide clients with strategies and solutions around representations & warranties insurance (RWI) and transactional risk.

Prior to Alliant, Mai spent the past nine years with a national insurance brokerage firm, most recently as Transactional Risk Advisory Leader for North America. He has over 11 years of experience in the transactional risk space and in his prior roles, as both a broker and an underwriter, has worked on hundreds of representations and warranties insurance policies. Before joining the insurance industry, Mai was a practicing M&A / Corporate & Securities attorney with major law firms in both New York and California.

He earned his law degree from the University of Southern California and earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
