Wyden Statement on CBO Estimate of Repeal Only Bill
Congressional Documents & Publications
Senate Finance Committee Ranking Member Ron Wyden, D-Ore., today issued a statement following the release of a Congressional Budget Office (CBO) estimate of a repeal of the Affordable Care Act with no replacement:
"The consequences of repeal and run are clear: doubled premiums and a collapse of health care markets, all to hand billions of dollars in tax gifts to the wealthy," Wyden said. "When Republicans realize they don't have to choose between repeal only or Trumpcare on steroids, they will find Democrats ready to work on bipartisan solutions that improve health care for all Americans."
