Customers will choose between the Cancer and Cancer in Situ3 or the Heart Attack and Stroke4 base policies, then select from several optional riders to build their customized coverage package. The riders offered5 can provide payouts for skin cancer diagnoses; radiation and chemotherapy treatments; and specified diseases, such as blindness, deafness, end-stage renal failure, or major organ failure that requires specialized treatment6. Policyholders can also select options to restore coverage if they fully recover from their initial diagnosis.
