Veteran New York Health Care Leader Jack Stephenson Named Plan President of Molina Healthcare of New York

Molina Healthcare (“Molina”) today announced the appointment of Jack Stephenson as plan president of Molina Healthcare of New York. Stephenson will lead Molina Healthcare of New York in a period of significant growth with its acquisitions of YourCare, Senior Whole Health, and Affinity since 2019.

Stephenson brings 25 years of experience in the health care industry, including work for both payers and providers. He has dedicated much of his career to serving Medicare and Medicaid members across New York, most recently as vice president of payer strategy and contracting at the Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) in New York City. Prior to HSS, Stephenson spent over 10 years in various roles at health insurance provider Anthem, where he was president of New York Medicaid plan Empire BCBS HealthPlus.
