This is a NOTICE OF INTENT for the Government to award a Sole Source bridge contract for the health and life insurance services of Guardian Life , on behalf of the Department of State,U.S. Embassy Kingston. The estimated period of performance is twelve months 1 Dec 2019 through 30 Mon 2020. This Governments intent is to enter into a sole source requirement contract modification under the authority Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. For this requirement, Guardian Life is considered the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. This service will be provided in Kingston, Jamaica THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
