TRPN Direct Pay Inc. Acquires Devon Health Services

LAS VEGAS, Sept. 18, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- TRPN Direct Pay, Inc., has announced the acquisition of Devon Health Services network contracts. Terms of the transaction were not made public.

Devon Health Services a long established network of health care providers servicing the Northeast region through direct provider contracts has been acquired by TRPN Direct Pay Inc., adding to their cost containment program furthering the indexed-based direct pay approach to reducing health care costs.
