Conscious Inclusion Workshop : All employees are expected to complete this education program that explores biases and their impact in the workplace, as well as how to be more intentionally inclusive. - An Inclusive Leadership Performance Objective: All managers’ annual performance expectations have an inclusion-related objective that aims to purposefully foster a work environment where all employees are included and engaged. Employees who are not in managerial roles may also add this objective to their performance goals.
- A “Diversity Speaks” Series: The company sponsors events that are designed to create a culture that supports diversity through allyship, cultural competence and inclusive leadership. These events feature employees and external guest speakers who share personal stories and provide different experiences and viewpoints.
