Tiger Insurance Agency Ensuring Needs of Low-Income Children are Met

Tiger Insurance Agency recently delivered its monthly donation to North Little Rock's Ark of Safety Learning Center, which is geared toward low-income families and their children. Tiger Insurance Agency donates approximately $300 worth of food, clothing and diapers to the Ark of Safety Learning Center every month, as well as monthly allotments of whatever the center needs.

"I am grateful to be able to help the Ark of Safety Learning Center with its needs and encourage others to get involved with this altruistic organization," said James Arel, of Tiger Insurance Agency, who got involved after overhearing the Ark of Safety Learning Center food pantry was low and asked if he could be of assistance.

Ark of Safety Learning Center is a child care facility that serves children six weeks to twelve years of age. It offers child-enrichment programs, age-appropriate curriculum, low child-to-teacher ratio, transportation and healthy, balanced meals. Ark of Safety Learning Center also helps low-income families get and understand how to use insurance.

Arel is certified by the National Association of Healthcare Underwriters on the Affordable Care Act. He is also a former consultant with Hope for the Future.
