("Symbility" or the "Company") (TSX.V: SY), a global software company focused on modernizing the insurance industry, is pleased to announce that they have been selected by a U.S. based specialty insurer and reinsurer to integrate Symbility's claims technology into its operations.
"We are very pleased to have secured a contract with one of the oldest and most reputable insurance companies in the United States. As a specialty insurer, they write coverage on behalf of hundreds of multi-line insurance companies and they have chosen to use Symbility's cloud based platform to manage the workflow with their partners," said James Swayze, CEO of Symbility Solutions. "This usage expands the utility of our platform beyond simply estimating and is the result of our ease of integration and robust security. As they are a subsidiary of one of the largest insurance groups in the world, we hope to leverage this relationship into some of their affiliated companies globally."
The insurer will deploy the Symbility platform throughout their networks across the United States, including the use of Symbility's Claims Connect®, an innovative and robust property and casualty claims workflow management software that streamlines the claims estimating process by reducing cycle time and increasing accuracy in all aspects of the claims handling process.
