Germania Insurance takes great pride in honoring and recognizing it's Agency Force on accomplishments through District and State Awards. There are currently 345 agencies representing Germania in the state of Texas. This year, Stewart Insurance Agency was awarded the highest achievement award from Germania Insurance.

Paula Stewart and Dana Collins were present at the Annual Germania Agents Conference in Fort Worth in January 2018 to receive the award for Agency of the Year.

The Agency also received the following additional awards: The Property and Casualty Texas Star Award and The Diamond Star Award.

In order to achieve such an honor, the agency must have the best scores in multiple categories such as customer retention, agency growth, loss ratio and profitability, and customer satisfaction.
