SSM orthopedics accepting new patients in Fort Atkinson

FORT ATKINSON — Two SSM Health Orthopedics providers are accepting patients in their newly established practices at SSM Health Dean Medical Group – Fort Atkinson, 740 Reena Ave.
Dr. Joseph Sizensky, MD, specializes in foot and ankle surgery, diabetic foot care, tendon and ligament injuries, arthritis/deformity correction. He also provides orthopedic consultations.
Alyssa Rasmussen, PA-C, offers clinical services for hip, knee and shoulder pain, fracture care, joint injections and aspirations, and treatment for sports injuries.
