Elizabeth represents some of the nation's largest insurance companies, concentrating her practice on high-value first party and third-party insurance coverage and bad faith litigation in the state and federal courts across the greater Northeast. Her experience spans an array of insurance products, including commercial general liability, financial lines, personal lines, life and disability, and cyber policies. Elizabeth also advises clients on policy drafting and provides claim evaluation and monitoring for high exposures claims.
Elizabeth also has significant insurance defense experience, with a particular focus on catastrophic losses involving the sports and recreational industry, products liability, and life sciences. Elizabeth routinely counsels her clients on risk management and litigation avoidance issues, offering her unique perspective in an effort to minimize their exposure to potential lawsuits.
With a team of practitioners located around the world, the firm represents insurance industry participants across all product lines and sectors of the industry in high-stakes disputes and court proceedings around the world.
