1. Assist local Puerto Rican authorities as they seek to implement Disaster SNAP (D SNAP) under the provisions of the
2. Expedite the delivery of existing
3. Support efforts to establish emergency feeding centers in coordination with the
4. Provide infant and toddler formula and foods sufficient to meet project needs and coordinate with
5. Resupply and reinitiate household delivery of commodities as conditions permit.
6. Permit foods to be substituted in place of WIC approved foods that are currently unavailable.
7. Extend the time period to report food loss through individual affidavit and replace destroyed WIC foods.
8. Provide all necessary administrative flexibility, including waiver of congregate and nutrition standards, to ensure all school age children may receive meals under the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) and the Child and Adult Cared Feeding Programs (CACFP).
