Sen. Strange Praises Executive Order to Deliver Affordable Healthcare

WASHINGTON, Nov. 22 -- The office of Sen. Luther Strange, R-Alabama, issued the following statement after President Trump signed a new executive order designed to expand healthcare choices and increase insurance market competition to drive down costs for consumers:
"The struggles of American families to find affordable healthcare did not go away when Congress failed to act, and I support any effort to bring the relief they are counting on.
"Today's action by the President is an important step toward righting the ship, and I hope it renews the commitment of Republicans in the Senate to pull their weight and deliver."
