Self-insurance program returns $95,578 to regional counties

Seventeen west central Nebraska counties and three regional fair boards will share a combined $95,578 in 2024 cash dividends returned to members of the Nebraska Intergovernmental Risk Management Association.
The intergovernmental risk management system and self-insurance program split $1 million in dividends among 83 member counties and eight county-associated agencies at its annual meeting Friday in Kearney.
