Attendees at this month's mass vaccination event will be required to bring their COVID-19 vaccination record card as proof to receive the second dose. Those who do not have the card will need to have their eligibility verified in another manner.
Other documentation needed includes patient registration information, health insurance card, identification, and a vaccine administration record, according to the event website.
