Salene Hitchcock-Gear named board chair for The American College of Financial Services
Prudential's
Since 2019, Hitchcock-Gear has served on The College's board. She was presented the Lang Dixon Award in 2023, recognizing her focus on fostering educational opportunity and increasing awareness of tools that help people protect their legacies, access generational wealth and enhance financial security for communities that have historically been excluded from the financial system.
"By providing a quality education today, we are ensuring a more robust financial services field tomorrow," said Hitchcock-Gear. "It's a privilege to be able to collaborate with financial services professionals who value the importance of a meaningful education."
