Eric Quinn is promoted to Executive Vice President - Capital and Product Strategy. Eric joined RSUM through the acquisition of All Risks in 2021 and has been promoted through a variety of capital and program management leadership roles, previously serving as Senior Vice President of RSUM. Eric's entire career has been within delegated authority underwriting and leadership, starting at All Risks 16 years ago.Brian Lillis is promoted to Executive Vice President - Finance & Corporate Development. Brian has been withRyan Specialty since 2013 and has been promoted through a variety of financial and operational roles within RSUM, joining previously from the carrier community. Prior to this promotion. Brian served as RSUM's Chief Operating Officer.Thomas Cranley joins RSUM as Chief Operating Officer.Thom has served as Head of Transformation & Integration on a contract basis for RSUM for the prior six months.Thom has had an extensive career in consulting and carrier management bringing 30 years of industry experience, last serving as head of the property and casualty insurance practice at a leading global consulting firm.
