As Managing Director, Alliant Financial Institutions, Ron Borys is responsible for leading a highly specialized brokerage business that delivers insurance and risk advisory services to a wide array of firms in the financial institutions industry, including banks, asset management firms, insurance companies, specialty lenders and venture capital firms. Under Borys’ leadership, Alliant Financial Institutions has doubled its business over the past 5 years, posting an industry leading 97+% client retention rate and a 98+% brokerage staff retention rate. Michael Cusack is Executive Vice President, Senior Managing Director, Alliant Specialty, responsible for unifying and expanding $1.25bn of U.S. specialty business held by Alliant. As a leading executive in the surety and construction insurance industry, Cusack brings 33 years of experience in brokering some of the largest and most complex surety programs in the nation. Pipitone has worked in the insurance industry for 40+ years and has contributed to the 15% year-over-year growth the East region has achieved through operational excellence. Prior to Alliant Insurance Services, Pipitone served as Executive Vice President at Preferred Concepts, a division of Alliant Underwriting Solutions, where she specialized in coverage for all sectors of real estate and held business development responsibilities.
