Riverton Insurance Agency Corp. (RIAC) a New Jersey-based, nationally licensed insurance agency focusing on the property & casualty market, announces the appointment of Greg Thompson, Sharon Mostyn, and Steve Lichtenfels to the Board of Directors. Thompson, Mostyn, and Lichtenfels were all appointed via a unanimous vote of approval by the current board.

Greg Thompson is founder of Thompson Insurance Enterprises, Inc. (THOMCO), headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. He built THOMCO into a successful Program Administrator before it was acquired by Markel Corporation, where he went on to serve as President of Markel Specialty. Currently, Thompson operates as an independent consultant and serves as senior advisor for Century Equity Partners, a Private Equity firm specializing in finding Insurance related investment opportunities of all types. Additionally, he is a board member and former president of The Program Administrators Association (TMPAA).

Sharon Mostyn is a nationally recognized authority on digital marketing and content marketing optimization throughout the customer lifecycle. Over her 30-year career as a marketing professional, Mostyn has worked with Fortune 500 companies, mid-sized firms, and start-ups in in the technology and financial sectors. Today, she is CEO/CMO of the Mostyn Marketing Group, a Google Partner that specializes in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Web Analytics, Email Marketing, Social Media, and Traditional Media (TV, radio, print, direct mail).

Steven Lichtenfels is an accomplished technology and media executive who established and spearheaded the management of high-performing sales teams for over 25 years. Starting in the world of traditional media, Lichtenfels expanded his professional focus into such areas as e-commerce, cloud computing, and IT infrastructure. In 2009, he founded True Compass Consulting to help companies optimize sales and IT operations.

The three new Board members will join Riverton's existing members Thomas Dugan, who serves as non-executive Chairman of the Board and L. Lenny Waldhauser, IV, Riverton Founder & CEO.
