Rep. Zeldin Introduces Bill to Protect National Flood Insurance Program Policyholders

WASHINGTON, June 10 -- Rep. Lee Zeldin, R-N.Y., has introduced legislation (H.R. 2868) to "protect National Flood Insurance Program policyholders from unreasonable premium rates and to require the Program to consider the unique characteristics of urban properties.'
The bill was introduced on June 8. It was referred to the House Financial Services Committee.
