Rep. Lance Introduces Bill on Health Insurance Issuers Assessed User Fees

WASHINGTON, Dec. 10 -- Rep. Leonard Lance, R-N.J., has introduced legislation (H.R. 6514) to amend the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act "to redirect user fees assessed of health insurance issuers on Federal Exchanges."

The bill was introduced on Dec. 8. It was referred to the House Energy and Commerce Committee.
