Rep. Kildee Introduces Bill on Servicemembers’ Group Life Insurance

WASHINGTON, Oct. 14 -- Rep. Daniel Kildee, D-Mich., has introduced legislation (H.R. 4055) to amend title 38, U.S. Code, "to direct the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to provide certain information when denying claims for traumatic injury protection under Servicemembers' Group Life Insurance."
The bill was introduced on Oct. 12. It was referred to the House Veterans' Affairs Committee.
