Rep. DeSantis Introduces Bill on Health Insurance Coverage

WASHINGTON, Jan. 23 -- Rep. Ron DeSantis, R-Fla., has introduced legislation (H.R. 499) to "require members of Congress and congressional staff to abide by the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act with respect to health insurance coverage."
The bill was introduced on Jan. 12. It was jointly referred to the House Oversight and Government Reform, House Administration, Ways and Means and Energy and Commerce committees.
