LOS ANGELES, Jan. 14, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Reliant Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine Centers, located in California has received the Accredited Urgent Care Center designation, the highest level of distinction for urgent care centers, by the Urgent Care Association. Reliant Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine centers provide patients with treatment for most nonemergency medical conditions by highly trained licensed medical providers up to 24 hours per day in our comprehensive urgent care clinics located near LAX, in downtown Los Angeles, Montebello, Huntington Park and Santa Fe Springs. Accreditation means that Reliant has met the rigorous standards established by the Urgent Care Association of America's for quality of patient care, safety, and scope of services.

The health care environment is changing, and it is becoming more and more important for patients to understand their treatment options. For many medical conditions, Urgent care is a convenient and lower cost option for medical conditions that cannot wait for a scheduled appointment with a primary care physician but did not need a hospital emergency room. Reliant Urgent Care centers accept unscheduled, walk-in patients during all hours of operation and accepts most insurance including Medicare and Medicaid/Medi-Cal.

All Reliant Urgent Care centers are equipped with the newest digital x-ray technology, laboratory services and the ability to perform medical procedures like splinting, suturing and wound care.
