Relation Insurance Services Acquires First Insurance

WALNUT CREEK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
Relation Insurance Services (“Relation”) acquired the assets of First Insurance an Affiliate of FirstBank, Inc. (“First Insurance”). The transaction went into effect on April 1, 2024; terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
