Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items (
1) a Quote on company or formal letterhead containing the offeror's DUNS number, address, and socio-economic status, and detailing the item description, variance from the posted required specifications, acceptable payment method (credit card, ACH/EFT, or either), animal price per each, delivery cost, certified health papers and total price. Include solicitation number 12619718Q0011 on the quote. 2) Completed 52.213-3 if not registration not completed in SAM REJECTION OF QUOTATION: Failure to demonstrate compliance will be cause to reject the quote without further discussions.
