Arrests made by Marshall police

Isaac Aldarete, 19, of Marshall was arrested and charged with theft under $100 on Thursday.

Dennis Duane Crosby, 25, of Marshall was arrested and charged with first no liability insurance on Thursday.

Anthony Troy Johnson, 54, of Marshall was arrested and charged with assault family violence and injury to a child/elderly person/disabled person with intentional bodily injury on Thursday.

Madison Lee Freeman, 38, of Marshall was arrested and charged with public intoxication and evading arrest detention on Friday.

Jimmy Montre Jenkins III, 36, of Marshall was arrested and charged with theft of material aluminum/bronze/copper, engage in organized criminal activity and possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1/1-B measuring between four and 200 grams on Wednesday.

Lacy Ann Vaughan, 39, of Marshall was arrested and charged with engage in organized criminal activity on Wednesday.

Deborah Kay Ruben, 54, of Marshall was arrested on a Rockwall County warrant on Wednesday.

Deborah Lee Hoover, 62, of Longview was arrested and charged with bond forfeiture/driving while intoxicated third offense or more on Wednesday.

Brandy Ann Wolf, 32, of Karnack was arrested and charged with hinder apprehension/prosecution and interfere with public duties on Wednesday.

Michele Dylyn Cunningham, 58, of Houston was arrested and charged with violation of probation/possession of a controlled substance in penalty group one measuring less than one gram on Wednesday.

Landon Paul Whitten, 52, of Shreveport was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance in penalty group one measuring less than one gram on Wednesday.

Cameron Lance Doss Hobbs, 31, of Longview was arrested on a Medina County warrant on Wednesday.

Incidents reported by the HCSO

Traffic stop, U.S. 59 South, Thursday: Traffic stop on U.S. 59 South for driving in the passing lane. Driver had a capias warrant for deadly conduct out of Harrison County and two additional warrants out of JP4 and was arrested.

Traffic stop, U.S. 59 South, Thursday: Traffic stop on U.S. 59 South to Harris Road for driving left of center. Driver was found to have a warrant out of Harrison County for assault family violence and arrested.

Welfare check, North FM 450, Thursday: The complainant called to have a welfare check on her sister. Deputies verified that the juvenile was not entered as a runaway. The juvenile was located due to Longview PD's assistance.

Suspicious vehicle, Texas 154, Thursday: The complainant called to report a suspicious vehicle parked at his neighbor's property while they were away. According to the complainant, a dark colored 90s model suburban stopped and blacked out in the driveway. He observed a male exit the vehicle but could not see the direction the male walked. The vehicle left shortly after he contacted HCSO. It is unknown what the vehicle occupants were doing on the property.

Accident, Texas 154, Thursday: A trooper requested backup for a non-compliant subject. Upon deputies' arrival, a short struggle ensued before Anthony Dean Stonewalter was taken into custody. Report made.

Dispute, Harkins Lane, Thursday: The complainant contacted the Sheriff's Office in regard to her tenant, who lives on the same property, fishing in her pond after being told to stop. Deputies arrived and spoke to all parties. The complainant wanted deputies to remove the tenant. The complainant was enlightened on the eviction process, and it was strongly suggested that she begin using written lease agreements with all of her future tenants. Handled by deputy.

Trouble unknown, Preston Johnson Road, Thursday: Charleen Flanagan contacted the Sheriff's Office 911 and told dispatchers that she needed a deputy to respond for what was about to happen. She told dispatchers that she was headed to confront people about a bucket. Deputies arrived to the scene and found Flanagan stumbling around the front yard. It is alleged that Flanagan was highly intoxicated when she walked to her neighbor's home and assaulted two people over stealing a small plastic bucket. She was taken to the Harrison County Jail and booked for assault and public intoxication.
