Drew Davidson, 31, of Palm Bay, was arrested May 26 and charged with driving under the influence, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill.

Stephanie Opachinski, 27, of Nocatee, was arrested May 26 and charged with criminal mischief over $200 and less than $1,000 (subsequent offense).

Eric Patterson, 40, of Indian Harbour Beach, was arrested May 26 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a weapon/ammo/firearm by a convicted felon, possession of marijuana less than 20 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tammi Smith, 47, of Palm Bay, was arrested May 26 and charged with driving while license suspended with knowledge (3rd or subsequent offense).

David Dunford, 55, of Palm Bay, was arrested May 27 and charged with driving under the influence (4th or subsequent offense), and refusal to submit to DUI test after license suspended.

Jessica Record, 32, of Palm Bay, was arrested May 27 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, battery on a law enforcement officer/firefighter/EMT, and resisting officer without violence.

William Fosbrink, 27, of Melbourne, was arrested May 28 and charged with possession of synthetic cannabinoids, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Cortize Dismuke, 27, of Palm Bay, was arrested May 29 and charged with tampering with an electronic monitoring device, and violation of conditional release related to domestic violence.

Stacey Frame, 51, of Palm Bay, was arrested May 30 and charged with aggravated battery as domestic violence.

Rodney Gorospe, 55, of Palm Bay, was arrested May 31 and charged with possession of a controlled substance.

John Harrop, 53, of Micco, was arrested June 1 and charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Michael Martin, 47, of Palm Bay, was arrested June 1 and charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Akiira Pitts, 39, of Cocoa, was arrested June 1 and charged with possession of cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sydnee Williamson, 24, of Palm Bay, was arrested June 1 and charged with possession of a controlled substance.

David Gray, 63, of Palm Bay, was arrested June 2 and charged with driving under the influence (3rd or more violations within 10 years).

Scarlet Cindrick, 30, of West Melbourne, was arrested May 26 and charged with utterance of forged bill/check/draft or note, cash deposit with intent to defraud, and grand theft over $750 and less than $5,000.

Shaevon Harvey, 26, of Cocoa, was arrested May 26 and charged with fleeing and eluding law enforcement at high speed, resisting officer without violence, possession of marijuana with intent to sell/manufacture/deliver, leaving the scene of a crash with property damage, and felony possession of a controlled substance while in physical control of a motor vehicle.

Mister Hawk, 50 of Cocoa, was arrested May 26 and charged with burglary with assault or battery, and grand theft larceny over $750 and less than $5,000.

Jaril Holmes, 59, of Cocoa, was arrested May 26 and charged with two counts of failure to vacate permanent/transient residence within 48 hours as a registered sex offender, failure to report name/residence change as a registered sex offender.

Peter Iatauro, 39, of Palm Bay, was arrested May 26 and charged with armed burglary of a dwelling/structure, grand theft pickpocketing over $750 and less than $5,000, dealing in stolen property, and false verification of ownership to pawnbroker less than $300.

Calvin Moses, 32, of Titusville, was arrested May 26 and charged with possession of cocaine, and tampering with/fabricating physical evidence.

Jesse Richardson, 42, Indian Harbour Beach, was arrested May 26 and charged with resisting officer without violence, and possession of cocaine.

Tyesha Robinson, 32, of Palm Bay, was arrested May 26 and two counts of possession of cocaine, and two counts of sale of cocaine.

Antonio Ruffin, 44, of Cocoa, was arrested May 26 and charged with possession of cocaine, and possession of cocaine with intent to sell/manufacture/deliver.

Brian Shuler, 34, of Titusville, was arrested May 26 and charged with resisting officer without violence, possession of marijuana with intent to sell/manufacture/deliver, reckless driving, keeping building/shop/vehicle for drugs (subsequent offense), and driving while license suspended with knowledge (1st offense).

Patrick White, 50, of Palm Bay, was arrested May 26 and charged with driving while license suspended with knowledge (3rd or subsequent offense).

Trahern Bryson, 48, of Cocoa, was arrested May 27 and charged with grand theft pickpocketing over $750 and less than $5,000.

Antonio Clark, 30, of Melbourne, was arrested May 27 and charged with carrying a concealed firearm, and driving under the influence with damage to person/property of another.

Paul Guernsey, 46, of Barefoot Bay, was arrested May 27 and charged with battery on a person 65 years of age or older, simple assault of a person 65 years of age or older, and disorderly conduct.

Nicole Irwin, 31, of Cocoa, was arrested May 27 and charged with possession of cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Daryl Lundy, 30, of Barefoot Bay, was arrested May 27 and charged with aggravated fleeing with injury/property damage, and driving while license suspended with knowledge.

Jamie Smith, 42, of Palm Bay, was arrested May 27 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Derrick Stabile, 43, of Palm Bay, was arrested May 27 and charged with failure to register phone number changes as a sex offender.

Jason Stouder, 32, of Cocoa, was arrested May 27 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Gene Streater, 51, of Cocoa, was arrested May 27 and charged with possession of a firearm/weapon/ammo by a convicted felon.

Dylan Hudson, 28, of Palm Bay, was arrested May 31 and charged with aggravated battery as domestic violence, and felony battery as domestic violence.

Eric Kelly, 48, of Cocoa, was arrested May 31 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of cocaine, driving under the influence, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
