SAN MATEO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- PokitDok, a platform-as-a-service that enables healthcare organizations to quickly bring modern commerce experiences to market, announced today that its real-time Health Insurance Eligibility application is now available through Salesforce AppExchange, empowering businesses to connect with their customers, partners, and employees in entirely new ways.

PokitDok’s Health Insurance Eligibility solution enables users to integrate and automate benefits verification directly in their Lightning Experience workflow without ever leaving Salesforce. Once deployed, Salesforce customers can use the application to quickly verify patient coverage, including co-insurance, copay, deductible, and other plan details.

PokitDok maintains trading partner agreements with health insurers that enable real-time data access to more than 4,900 plans, representing 93 percent of the U.S. covered population. Implementation of the Health Insurance Eligibility application is integrated into Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud, and can be fully live in less than one day.
