Plymouth Rock Celebrates Industry Recognition

Plymouth Rock Assurance was ranked 10^th among 35 insurers in Forbes America’s Best Insurance Companies 2023 in the Auto Insurance Product category. This was Forbes’ second annual Statista survey of America's Best Insurance Companies where more than 15,000 participants evaluated their auto, renters, homeowners, term-life and permanent-life insurance providers. The companies were rated on overall satisfaction in the categories of financial advice, customer service, transparency, digital services, price/performance, damage/benefit and whether respondents would recommend the company to friends and family.

In August, President and Chief Executive Officer, Mary Boyd was named the 2022 Insurance Professional of the Year by The Insurance Library Association of Boston. Additionally, Road Rewards, Plymouth Rock Assurance’s rewards-based safe driving program, has been named to NU PropertyCasualty360 Luminaries Class of 2022 in the category of technology innovation. The NU PropertyCasualty360 Luminaries program honors innovation in insurance. Plymouth Rock Leaders Sharing Insights Across the U.S.

On Tuesday, October 25, Howard Goldberg, Vice President of Customer Solutions, presented at Digital Insurance Connect, at the Hyatt Regency in Austin, Texas. The event is a private, invite-only event customized for senior-level digital marketing & CX leaders from North America’s top insurance companies, agencies and brokers. Second on her list of recent accomplishments, Mary Boyd was announced as the keynote speaker at Digital Insurance’s Women in Insurance Leadership Conference, being held November 8, 2022, at the Radisson Blu Aqua in Chicago, Illinois. The event honors the transformative women leaders who are bringing the industry into the connected future. Boyd’s keynote fireside chat will provide an in-depth conversation on Boyd’s career path, challenges and changes within the insurance industry.
