MILWAUKEE--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Physicians Realty Trust (NYSE:DOC) (“the Company”), a self-managed healthcare properties REIT, today announced the tax reporting information for dividends paid to its shareholders during the year ended December 31, 2018.
