Woodward Communication Inc./TH Media announced that Becky Wiegel, a WCI Corporate Division employee owner, has been promoted to Human Resources director. She will be responsible for the direction of the Corporate Human Resources Department, reporting to Steve Larson, CFO and Corporate Services director. She also will serve as a member of COG, providing her expertise as it relates to the human resources function. She has been with WCI since 2009 as the benefits/ compensation specialist, she then was promoted to Human Resources manager. Before coming to WCI, she worked as the employment/ benefits specialist for Capital Newspapers in Madison, Wis. Combined, she has almost 13 years of professional human resources experience and almost 10 years in the media industry. She maintains a Professional Human Resources certification from the Society of Human Resources Management.

Thomas J. Oglesby, sales manager, has passed the Series 65 securities exam and is now a licensed investment advisor representative. He has also received his state of Iowa accident and health insurance producer license, enabling him to assist individuals or companies in selecting insurance coverage to meet their needs. He has been with the Honkamp Krueger family of companies since 1995.

Jean R. Welch has joined the firm as administrative associate in the tax credit department.

Emily E. Weiland, previously administrative associate, is now administrative coordinator I in the tax credit department. She has been with the firm since 2013.

Robin J. McEnany joined the bank as second vice president and mortgage loan officer at the Asbury office. She will be responsible for originating residential purchase, refinance and construction loans. She has more than 21 years of residential lending, realty and construction experience. She has originated mortgages in Dubuque since 1999 and for the past six years has worked as a local mortgage lending consultant at Wells Fargo Mortgage.

Mark J. Casel was promoted to senior vice president and cashier. He joined the bank in 2003 and has more than 25 years of banking experience in operations and retail banking. He is responsible for bank operations, security and compliance. He serves as a panel expert and speaker for regulatory agencies and bank industry associations.

Daniel E. Walsh was promoted to senior vice president-commercial banking. He joined the bank in 2003 and has 10 years of banking experience with focused expertise in credit and commercial banking.

Kristie R. Heims was promoted to first vice president and office manager in Farley, Iowa. She joined the bank in 2000. She is a regional supervisor for two Dyersville and Farley retail teams.

Jill C. Busch was promoted to second vice president. She joined the bank in 2006. She is responsible for the bank's brand and advertising strategies, creative execution and all publications. She is president of the Advertising Federation of Dubuque and has chaired the American Advertising Awards and served on the Public Service Committee.

Megan A. Werner was promoted to personal banking officer/office manager in the downtown Dyersville, Iowa, location. She joined the bank in 2006.

She received her bachelor's degree at Upper Iowa University in 2010 and her master's degree in nursing and family nurse practitioner certification at Allen College in Waterloo.

Medical Associates Clinic announced that Bethann Bonner, M.D., successfully completed her recertification with the American Board of Pediatrics. Board certification demonstrates the highest standards of professional medical and ethical conduct. She joined the clinic in 1993, where she continues to practice with other board- certified pediatricians at the East Campus Clinic.

UnityPoint Health-Finley Hospital announced the following updates for the 2014 Hospital Board of Directors. Bill Arnold will advance from vice chair to board chair. Hunter Fuerste, M.D., has accepted the vice chair position and Mike Donohue is the secretary/ treasurer. Keith Bibelhausen, president of Hartig Drug Co., has joined the 2014 board.
