“2. The system of claim 1, wherein a timeline module configured to provide with a timeline of health checks in response to analysing the medical records and keep a track of health checks.

“3. The system of claim 1, wherein a document module configured to aggregate medical records uploaded by the individual in online mode and offline mode.

“4. The system of claim 1, wherein a reminder module configured to generate a reminder regarding at least one of: pending health check-ups; and upcoming health check-ups; pending medications; upcoming medications; pending immunizations; and upcoming immunizations;
