The Welcome Committee and its Chair are responsible for integrating new members into CEPC activities. The committee promotes active membership, as well as retention and new member outreach. Committee members welcome new members to membership and serve as point of contact for new members; host the New Member table at CEPC lunches; invite new members to follow-up lunches; and plan and host one event designed to build networks and integrate with current members beyond lunch meetings.

Ms. Olguin is a member of ORBA's Tax Department. She has more than 15 years of experience in estate, gift and trust tax matters. She assists clients with sophisticated wealth transfer techniques to minimize estate and gift taxes. She has extensive experience managing all aspects of estate, trust and gift tax engagements, including compliance, consulting and planning services.
