INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana, May 28 -- The National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies will host a webinar entitled "The Impact of Adaptive Driver Assistance Systems on Insurance Costs" on July 2 at 2 p.m. (ET):
The posted description from the association states:
Adaptive driver assistance systems are being incorporated into more vehicles on the road today.
While these systems are designed to reduce accidents and save lives, the impact on insurance costs is not as clear.
One reason for this is that the presence of these systems is not easily determined.
Join this session to hear from Pinnacle Actuaries about the results of research on the true impact of ADAS when it comes to the frequency of accidents and the ultimate costs related to injuries and repairs.
