NYLI CBRE Global Infrastructure Megatrends Term Fund Announces Certified Results of 2025 Annual Meeting

NYLI CBRE Global Infrastructure Megatrends Term Fund (NYSE: MEGI) (the “Fund”) announced today the final certified voting results of the Fund’s 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”).

The certified final results of the Annual Meeting confirm that the incumbent Board members of the Fund will remain in place. Shareholders also voted to approve a non-binding shareholder proposal that shareholders of the Fund request that the Fund’s Board take steps to declassify the Board. The Annual Meeting reached quorum and was held on October 1, 2025.

The final voting results have been certified by First Coast Results, Inc., the independent Inspector of Election, and will be included in the Fund’s next annual report to shareholders.
