--A proposed ordinance that would allow the city to negotiate water and sanitary sewer service agreements with nonresidents. The ordinance would repeal a ban on selling water and sewer services outside of the city's boundaries.
--A proposed ordinance allowing the city to provide a self-insured insurance program for city employees.
