Acquisition strengthens and expands capabilities of NFP’s South Central Region

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- NFP, a leading insurance broker and consultant that provides employee benefits, property & casualty (P&C), retirement and individual private client solutions, announced today it has acquired Bigbie, Hensley & Janway Insurance Agency, Incorporated (BHJ). The transaction closed on May 1, 2017.

Based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, BHJ provides benefits solutions with an emphasis on small group employers and the individual health care market. Andy Bigbie and Matt Hensley, principals of the firm, will join as directors of NFP and report to Kelly Hudelson, managing director of NFP’s South Central region.
