Insurance Weekly News
By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Insurance Weekly News -- Humana Inc. (NYSE: HUM) announced that Go365™, a wellness and loyalty program known previously as HumanaVitality®, will launch on Jan. 1, 2017, as a program in most Humana Medicare Advantage plans through online and offline channels. Go365 will also be available to Commercial employers who have medical insurance through Humana and employers who purchase it as a stand-alone wellness program.
Go365's design will help motivate Medicare members and inspire positive life changes by providing a fun and easy way to track healthy habits and activities, including obtaining recommended wellness check-ups, immunizations and screenings. Those habits are recognized, and members are rewarded with "Bucks," which have no cash value but can be redeemed in the Go365 Mall for items like gift cards, movie tickets and Go365-compatible fitness devices.
Members are able to choose their level of engagement and participate in personalized activities tailored to their specific health needs and interests.
"We want Medicare beneficiaries to stay engaged in their health as they age, and wellness programs like Go365 make it easier to start with healthy activities each and every day," said Joe Woods, Vice President, Go365. "Go365's special features make healthy choices and working toward personal healthy goals rewarding and fun."
