PR Web

Fort Myers, FL (PRWEB) October 03, 2017

Self-directed IRA administrator and 1031 Exchange Qualified Intermediary, Midland IRA, headquartered in Fort Myers, Florida, donates $500 to the Lee County organization, Friendship Centers in an effort to give back to the local community.

The Friendship Centers is an organization that focuses on assisting senior citizens with different aspects of their life. Friendship Centers provide a place in the community where seniors pair with a volunteer and participate in activities to help strengthen their cognitive and physical skills. The facility provides socialization, healthy exercise for the mind and body, and healthy meals, for the elderly.

Midland IRA & 1031 is proud to assist this organization among numerous others by donating to an employee donation fund that is dispersed to different charities at least once a quarter. When asked about the importance of the donation to the Friendship Centers, employee, Eric Lutz responded, "I think the Friendship Center is an important organization because I understand it can be very difficult for a person to lose the ability to do some of the things they enjoyed earlier in life. I'm happy my company is putting in effort to better the lives of our senior citizens." The employees at Midland IRA & 1031 are thrilled to be a part of a company that encourages giving back to the community.
